Marvelous!❤️ Surprisingly, It worked within 24 hours after I had reported, though the fault was mine. Unconsciously, I submitted wrong address & a Senior Police Officer called me & showed me a way to rectify my problem. A big 👍 for them those who developed this app. It's very helpful for general people, they can easily claim their complaint & get helped from High Officials. Specially, I'm ever grateful to Ya sir Arafat Sir, He is an honest & kind-hearted person who solved my issue very carefully.

Got arrested for beating a man, they treated me very well. Cells are spacious and clean. Food was ok but rice for 3 times is a bit boring. Handcuff was bit corroded, but it's ok it does the job right. The officers are friendly. Overall it was a nice experience.

I have the worst experience using this useless app which is known as the Bangladesh special branch's official app. I reported the same issue twice, yet, when I entered to check the report status, it was showing pending. It is a shame on them that they could not be able to satisfy their users :(
