বিশেষ নির্দেশিকা : ঘরে বসে জিডির যোগ্য বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে জিডির জন্য আবেদন করতে অনলাইন জিডি অ্যাপস্ ও ওয়েবসাইট (ওয়েবসাইট লিংক-gd.police.gov.bd) টি ব্যবহার করুন।
অনলাইন জিডি অ্যাপস্ এবং ওয়েব পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করে কি কি বিষয়ে অভিযোগ করতে পারবেন: • আপনার হারানো, প্রাপ্তি সংক্রান্ত ও অন্য যে কোন বিষয়ে পুলিশের নিকট অভিযোগ করতে অনলাইন জিডি অ্যাপস্ এবং ওয়েব পোর্টাল ব্যবহার করুন। • অভিযোগের বিষয়টি যদি জিডির যোগ্য হয় তাহলে সেটি জিডি নং ও তদন্তকারী অফিসারের বিবরণীসহ মোবাইলে এসএমএস দেওয়া হবে এবং আপনাকে ডিজিটাল জিডির কপি প্রেরণ করা হবে। • অভিযোগের বিষয়টি যদি মামলা করার যোগ্য (আমলযোগ্য অপরাধ) হয় সেক্ষেত্রে বিস্তারিত তথ্যাদি সহ থানায় আসার জন্য আপনাকে এসএমএস এ জানানো হবে। • সংশ্লিষ্ট থানা হতে আপনার অভিযোগের ধরন অনুসারে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে এবং আপনাকে অবগত করা হবে।
অভিযোগ করার জন্য যা প্রয়োজন : • আপনার জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র এর তথ্য। জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র এর নম্বর, জন্ম তারিখ, নিজের নাম (বাংলা, ইংরেজি), পিতা/স্বামীর নাম, মাতার নাম। • আপনার সচল মোবাইল। • আপনার লাইভ ছবি। • আপনার বর্তমান ঠিকানা।

My experience has been fine with this app. Recently I had to file a GD regarding my lost bank check. I completed the registration process on the app with zero hassle. My recommendation for you would be to use a good mobile phone for the registration process. Then file the GD using their website (in desktop version). Another thing - create an account using the NID of the victim then file GD using that account, this will save you from NID verification error.

I wrote everything correctly but says Name is wrong. I don't know what, but I have given my info correctly. As a Government app it really needs to be improved.

Let me share my story using the mobile app. When I had submitted the GD, I got an SMS stating to visit the police station. I went there, and they said to bring the print copy. The mobile apps print option does not work, and so I had to log in to web, download it local printing computer to print the copy. They said no GD was submitted on that day by my information! I had to submit the GD again using the web version from mobile browser and only then they had received it.
