★★☆☆☆ Today I got a WhatsApp msg from BPCL to saying that KYC is still pending for Bharat Gas connection & suggested downloading HelloBPCL app & complete KYC. Now I downloaded this app logged in successfully and from last an hour I'm searching the option of KYC but didn't find. Even AI assistant is also don't know about the KYC. This app deserves -5, but option is not there so have to give minimum 1 only.
