I'd love to know what "low cost" means on this app? On Sunday €32 from Gare to Message, What a bargain! This is not a service it is sheer robbery. I understand why taxis in Lux did not want Uber to arrive at the territory.

I guess I am spoiled with bolt and uber where drivers use locations. Waited 20 min in the middle of the street in direction he is supposed to pass. Driver is not moving. The map shows him on street, but he was on some parking. The customer service is talking about police, there is no police on the map. I don't know for what reason there is a map if it is not used by the drivers. I enter he gives me another 5 min lecture. I missed the doctor's appointment. All for nothing.
