I spent over 30 minutes setting up my profile, providing references, selecting babysitters to interview, etc only to be forced to select a paid membership at the last step of the sign up process. That's a really bad business decision on your behalf. I'm not going to sign up for your services and pay a recurring membership fee before I know that your services are good and meet our needs. Uninstalling now...

Delete my account. Edit: In trying to delete my account I used their website. Yikes. It is EXTREMELY un-user friendly, and crashes as often as the app. It also wants a bunch of personal information from me before granting me even the slightest chance of deleting my account - even though I don't even have kids, I downloaded the app because a technology-challenged relative told me it was the app for their security camera (they meant heimlife). What a pain.
