Setup and management of the Helm Personal Server is done exclusively through our mobile application. After setup, the Helm app becomes the "one stop shop" for at-a-glance status checks, account and device management, troubleshooting, support, and more.

★★★★★ Moving my email to Helm has been so great. There's a little bit of a learning curve as you migrate away from turn-key cloud services such as Gmail to a desktop IMAP client, but totally worth it.

★★★★★ Updated comment: Although the turn around time is terrible for customer support, and they could use a landing page for updating payment information for when weird life things happen - like credit cards expiring after a few years and needing their info updated to renew your subscription - my subscription is back in order and the countless services tied to this email acct are now accessible again, after almost a month and a half of panic.

★★☆☆☆ WARNING The helm app does not work on some mainstream devices and their support is almost non existent. Have tried email that they ignore, app based chat that's worthless, and phone support that goes nowhere during the time they advertise as support hours. This wouldn't be so bad if they properly labeled this as a beta product and didn't charge an arm and a leg for both for the device and yearly service charges.
