Will not work with android box, days of working with the surf shark team all I get is a blue screen. They refuse to issue a refund

Last update kept Laptop offline: Kill switch blocks the Internet and app never gets beyond the splash screen to kill the kill switch. Can't even contact Support morons. Time for a new VPN. Reinstalling did nothing. Even newer update (8/26) even worse: Splash screen hangs up to 2 mins, blocking Internet even w/o kill switch, and I can forget using Firefox again. Thank goodness I'll never, ever need to get online ever again. (jk)

Surf shark was working fine during my first 7-day free trial. As soon as I became a member for 1 year and paid an annual plan, it became a complete FAIL. It is struggling to connect even to US. And it disconnects my discord. My internet speed becomes significantly slowed down. Attempt 1/3 at 90% and gets stuck there for more than 5-10 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE for a paid VPN service.
