Please add an "Admin & Sub-User" dashboard for the 10-device plan. Right now, sharing requires giving everyone access to the main subscription email, which is a big privacy risk. Instead, let the Admin invite 9 separate emails. Each user should get their own Magic Link and be restricted to exactly 1 active device slot. This prevents one person from hogging all the slots and makes sharing with family safe and fair! For exam I use to share my sub with my brother and have to give access to my mail

My only problem with the app is not showing the exact ip address I used before. When I choose a specific ip address like the residential ip I expect to still use that ip throughout. The main reason why have this mystruim vpn is to get connected to survey sites in UK and get constant surveys, so I can earn money. So I need a dedicated ip address that doesn't change least this survey sites detect am I using vpn and ban my account and is really π€ frustrating π please developers look into this.

This has come along way. Resubscribed. Seeing improvement in my flow right away. I downloaded it on Android, PC, and iPhone, and am surprised at the difference from 2 years ago. It is completely usable now, with great features. Subscription, login, connection all flow smoothly. Set up easily on all three devices. Everything just works. Apple Homekit is allowing me to see my cameras while on VPN for the first time when I'm using the residential IPs. And skipping all the 'are you human' checks.

They made auto-renewal on my card without my knowledge, and they won't give me a refund, and I have been a customer since 2024 REFUND MY MONEY FRAUDSTERS THEY MADE AN ILLEGAL PURCHASE ON MY CARD DO NOT USE THE APP, THEY WILL MAKE AN AUTO-RENEWAL ON YOUR CARD WHICH YOU CANNOT EVEN DISABLE FROM YOUR END, THEY CAN ONLY DISABLE IT FROM THEIR OWN END THE LEVEL OF FRAUD IS APPALLING!!

Mysterium VPN has been performing badly lately. It's difficult to maintain one IP address, and it doesn't change when you refresh it even when it's displaying that there are 4 IPS available
