HelsaMi er en inngang til digitale helsetjenester. Den er tilgjengelig for deg som er pasient eller bruker av kommunale helse- og omsorgstjenester i Midt-Norge og for pårørende. I HelsaMi kan du blant annet se timeavtaler, ha dialog med helsepersonell og få tilgang til informasjon fra egen pasientjournal.
Alle over 16 år som er pasient eller bruker ved sykehus, kommuner og fastleger som bruker journalløsningen Helseplattformen har automatisk bruker. Du logger enkelt og trygt inn med BankID. Første gang du logger inn må du akseptere vilkårene for bruk.
Det er mange tjenester du kan nå gjennom HelsaMi, for eksempel:
• Se timeavtaler, endre og bestille i noen tilfeller • Få tilgang til journalinformasjon, oversikt over diagnoser, allergier, vaksiner og legemidler • Skrive til helsepersonell og få svar i appen/nettløsningen • Videokonsultasjoner • Oversikt over prøvesvar • Delta i forskning • Gi tilgang til pårørende eller se journalene til dem som har gitt deg fullmakt • Last opp helse- og treningsdata, inkludert data fra Health Connect, når du er registrert i selvoppfølgingsprogrammer.
Hva du ser i appen avhenger av om kommunen din og fastlegen er med i Helseplattformen. Alle sykehusene kommer med, aller først ut er St.Olavs.

No place can I change my preferred language for app. My phone is set to English, but I want my official Norwegian health-app in the Norwegian language, because I have already discovered bad, or completely wrong, translations.

UI feels like a PDA from the late 90s. (IPAQ era). Can't switch language in-app, defaults to device language. Unusable menus, slow loading and little to no relevant content.

The app is actively lowering the quality of healthcare I receive, increasing wait times, and making it needlessly difficult to pass my patient documentation between different institutions. It's like the entire app is designed for a completely different healthcare system than my country has!

The app feels very unprofessional and unfinished. It's hard to find the information you want, and more often than not there isn't anything there anyway. Many of the menu options are just web links.
