The host approved my booking but messaged me that they couldn't host me. I asked them to cancel the booking, as I had been charged the full amount for my stay, but the host said they never approved the booking. I could cancel, but I would have to pay a service fee to Airbnb. I contacted Airbnb, who cancelled the booking after a while, but I have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund, and my profile now states that I have cancelled a stay, which makes me undesirable for other hosts.

I was expecting a notification in my email or SMS when a new digital post is landed in my Signpost mailbox.but it didn't happen. Is it a bug?

Horrible user experience. When I enter the app and click on a letter I've received I have to enter my phone login code, then if it's higher security I have to log in with banked, then the letter itself just says I got a letter from the commune and the actual letter is an attachment, which requires me to log into banked AGAIN to view/download, but then once it's downloaded, the phone says it's formatted incorrectly and can't read it. Won't read the file on the computer either. Worse than useless!

What's the point of the app if you have to open your letter in the browser? You open the app and get a link that opens your browser where you have to log in again. Just drop the app and open the browser. This app is literally just a spying waste of space on your phone.
