You not only have to download the app to retrieve your delivery but also register an account with them. First and last time I'm using Bring (voluntarily)

They force you to register an account and sign their user agreement to receive your package. I didn't pick your company for delivery, I never had an intent to use your services, you're just holding my package hostage. Pretty sure that's some gray legal area.

Why do you need to create an account to track your parcel? Better to use the Webb or just choose another delivery option
