App isn't an app when it takes you to a website and the ordering process is slow and not organized well. I love the herbalife products but the app is not user-friendly, it's slow, and the ordering process is slower than it was before too.

The interface of the app is horrible. Not at all user-friendly. The customer service also is very lousy. Your complaints remain pending. It takes ages to deliver the products in a city like Bhubaneswar also. Though I like the products, I hate this app. I wish there were other ways to order
