App not working. Asks to download update but when you click on it brings you to a menu where you can uninstall or open. When you click open it goes back to step 1 when asks you to download update. If something is working fine why change it ? Issue has since been solved Thanks you

Same as other users. Asking for update and when you go back to download it nothing happens. Just caught in a loop

This app is not working, it won't download the new version. When you click the download link it gives you the option to open or uninstall the app. Please contact your members asap when this is resolved as its very frustrating. Thanks

Can't open the app, it just keeps telling me "oops, an error occurred." I presume when I miss my loan payments the credit union won't accept "oops, an error occurred" as an excuse
