From the makers of the award-winning Star Realms® Deckbuilding Game, Hero Realms® combines the fun of deckbuilding games with the interactivity of trading card game-style combat. As you play, use Gold to add new actions and champions to your deck. When played, those actions and champions generate powerful effects, give you additional gold, and attack your opponent and their champions. If you reduce your opponent's health to zero, you win!
[Non-Collectible Deck Building Game] Hero Realms does not require you to collect new cards. You start every game with a basic deck, and will acquire cards from the shared center row to build up your deck and defeat your opponent. Victory rewards skill, and not your collection of rare cards!
[Level Up Your Heroes] Create a hero from one of several classes (free players start with the Fighter and Wizard available). Level them up with new skills, abilities and equipment, and take them to battle in thrilling Online PVP. Hero Realms uses fair match making, only allowing matches between equal levelled heroes. However, if you feel daring, you can choose to engage in combat against higher levelled opponents for additional XP and bragging rights.
[Cooperative Online Play] Hero Realms also features online co-operative play. Battle against challenging AI bosses with another human player as a partner. Free players have access to the Pirate Lord mission, with other co-op missions available with the Base Set purchase.
[Single Player Campaign] For offline play, take on the Welcome to Thandar campaign. Fight your way through scripted, story-based chapters against varied AI opponents.

Game is crazy addictive. Allows syncing between pc version. Can play a basic free version or buy the various expansions. Great soundtrack, voice, and artwork give it a shine. Hopefully they'll figure out how to expand it beyond a 2 player game, but otherwise an excellent port.

Neat deck building game. You must play a lot with each character to level up and get better cards and abilities, which is a little annoying, especially when the hard campaign is as rigged as it is.

Really great to see it as an app as I love playing the real thing. Really don't like they force characters on you though. I have the expansion, and it never drew me in like the base game. Would be nice if there were options to not play with characters and the true base deck. Would have been 5/5 if it wasn't for the characters

I got the base set because I love the physical Star Realms card game and have a couple expansions. This app, however, was a waste of money. The app runs poorly and the game is poorly designed. Whereas Star Realms is quick and satisfying with meaningful strategy, this game slogs for turn after turn and winning never really feels like you had much to do with it. If these are the same cards as the physical release then I'm not going to buy it. Very disappointing.

Was fun at first because I loved playing the actual game, so the idea of it being at the palm of my hand was dope! This quickly faded when I purchased the full game. Got a little bit more buggy, but that wasn't the main issue. The AI literally cheats randomly, so it makes the game impossible to win on most occasions, the campaign on hard difficulty is next to impossible because the rng can't be described other than rigged like a county fair game. I have pics of the game outright cheating, it's sad
