Support is unresponsive. If they do respond, the first contact will assume you did something wrong before actually reading and trying to investigate the issue reported. I have 2 issues that are about a month old with no sign of resolution that I have not even been able to get an email response in 2 weeks. Also severe language gap in game and with support. Stay away and bring your money elsewhere.
