Very disappointing experience. I booked an OPD ticket through the Hetauda Hospital mobile app, but when I arrived at the hospital, the staff told me they don't accept online bookings. The app should not allow online booking if the hospital doesn't use it. It wasted my time and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

The app need otp to continue but the otp is sent in that number. The app is worse. I have waited 4 to 5 hours for otp, but they didn't send otp on my number.
