Unable to register...app keeps saying username required when I have a username entered. Tried to register on thier webpage then instead, but get an error 401 when I try to log in with that info....can't make the videos, daughter very disappointed. Thanks for making me come off as an idiot hexbug...

should've tried to download the app & register BEFORE I bought the toy. doesn't work, same "email already used" problem. totally a scam! glad I bought the toy on clearance but my son is still disappointed!!!
