So far so good. It's a super comforting idea that there is a person / group of people / a fancy app with AI that will (nearly) always help me think outside my little box, with (almost) anything imaginable. From deal sourcing to organizing a lift. Can't wait to slap them with a task that will boggle their minds as much as the concept of Hey Jude boggles mine. At such an affordable price too! I use a Visa Signature, and the concierge service I have with them can learn a thing or two from Jude!

The new app is buggy and incredibly difficult to use. They need to urgently fix it. The web interface is just as bad. Tasks vanishing, tasks prematurely auto closed, task updates missing, messages vanishing. The service is great but the app makes the experience really bad. Would have given the service 5 stars. The agents do a great job with the tools they have. Don't push an untested app to your user base. Will revisit this review once the app is fixed.

My review from 1 year ago was "it is a brilliant app, and I could not live without it" Unfortunately the service has changed and is not as good anymore as it was. The app is claiming to operate in several countries but does not really do that. South African phone number get unanswered often abroad, unfortunately. The response from the app is not to implement a new number but to ask customers to leave rather. Bad service in other countries but godd for South Africa.
