Cannot log in - says email is required when no email field is available. Cannot reset password - says my Cell C number is invalid. But Cell C has happily been deducting money for this service for 3 months. That's fraud.

This is the worst app I've ever used. I've won a voucher, and it's day 3 already and they having issues with the IT whatever!. Every time I have to give my cell phone number to a different assistant and still they can't help me. I would not recommend this app to anyone. If I can give no stars I would. You guys don't deserve any. Poor service and you don't honor your promise to contact me. The date is 30/10/20 waiting 3 days for my voucher I won on the 27/10/20
