⭐ (1/5) — FRAUD ALERT | AutoPay Trap During Trial Period I signed up for Heyo Phone and was on a 3-day trial. The app kept prompting me to "Set Up AutoPay" — I assumed this was for future renewals after the trial. The moment I authenticated AutoPay, the full plan amount was deducted IMMEDIATELY — even while my trial was still active. When I contacted support, the agent (Tapashree) openly confirmed: "Setting up AutoPay means the monthly amount will be charged even if you are currently on a trial.

After auto debiting also they continuously asking me to add credits and added 3 times in 3 days again they are asking to add credits I added, but now my account got suspended. Unable to connect support team. Money waste time waste. I spent lot on marketing for my business all the leads are in this app WhatsApp now I'm unable to see them. I losed subscribe amount and indirectly what I spent on marketing of my business. I strongly recommend not using this app.

Absolutely terrible experience Despite making the payment on 4th April 2026, I am still unable to log in to my account linked with my mobile number. The service has not been activated, even after a successful transaction — which is completely unacceptable. What’s worse is that last month I was charged twice, and there has been no refund or resolution provided till date. There seems to be zero accountability or customer support.
