I'm so frustrated have tried to activate, but failed it gives me a message saying it seems like the did not receive the activation reference in time

It's not interactive at all. It does the job but very boring. Add some extra features like. 1.transaction advice or receipt generation after payments transaction. 2.otp-sms authentication validation the app auto approves an apk request.let the user initiate and close transaction using otp. The app should not auto-approve. 3. hangs alot. It is not swift when checking your account details. 4.security features like fingerprint is lacking. 5.live chats integrations with customers care.

I can't even get past the activation process. Why does all the searches about accessing HFC account lead us to this useless app? USSD are always efficient. I wonder why this particular bank doesn't have USSD
