The worst management ever..i hd deal with them keep changing their promises. I wai6for 2 weeks to sign contract after that they told me sorry the appart rented to somebody else..i already gave notise to the previous real state company. They gave me stress for 2 week evryday keep telling tomorrow even i gave 1000 as a booking they don't want to refund. Don't deal with this company. They will agree with all terms after that u will discover a lots of hidden fees

Avoid, better go with real estate agent even you are going to pay little extra amount. Do not trust Hi Sandy First they will agree with you on terms which seems good and take your deposit for booking. After booking they will add hidden and different terms, more money to pay and if you refused to continue they will not refund your deposit. Also they are claiming no agency fees, but actually they are taking around 2% under other names like admin fees, hi sandy fees ...etc Avoid & save money
