I have the NEX5 and have been using this app for it. I don't really need to, but it helps and makes it easier. I do like having the NEX5. It tells you your speed, and you can select your power mods in the app. Dim or brighten your screen on the scooter and find out the errors you have, it also lets you turn on your lights a long with change the KPH to MPH. It gives you a battery % and how much power is going to your motor and the voltage.

Easy to use app that controls most features. However, I have to reconnect to the scooter every time I turn the scooter on. Plus is that support responded within a day saying they will work to correct the app. Hopefully that comes fairly soon.

I am unable to register and use this app. When it first started up, it asked to connect to my scooter via blue tooth. I turned on blue tooth on my phone and turned on the scooter. The scooter's Bluetooth showed up in the phone's Bluetooth app, but it wouldn't connect. My phone is a new Samsung and shouldn't have a problem with the Bluetooth. Since then, I haven't seen the blue tooth dialogue, but have been asked to register. I enter my email, a 6-number PIN and a password and click send. It then asks me to confirm but when I do, it says there is something wrong with the PIN. Each time I do this, I get an email with a confirmation number, but there is no dialogue in the app for me to enter it. If someone knows what I'm doing wrong, please let me know here or via email at Krieger @ alum dot mit dot edu
