Iโve used Hide Pass for years. It has always worked well, and they improve it continually. I am using it on 3 Macs, 3 phones, and 2 windows all synced to the same file, so I have access to all my passwords (and credit cards, routers, secure notes, etc., etc.) from all devices. I can update a password once from any device. This app just works and works well. Several years ago, I did need some help and their tech support was responsive and got my problem fixed quickly. They add features suggested by users. I havenโt rated the app before because they never ask you to rate it when you are using it. How refreshing that they donโt get in your way when you are busy.

For years my password management consisted of a small brown book filled with random passwords, old usernames, a complete nightmare. It worked if I remembered to have it nearby to add info to it. But was useless in the long run. Not to mention completely lacking of any security. If someone got hold of that book..... Ever since I began using Hide Pass my life feels more organized, safe, and in control. I ALWAYS have my phone, and Hide Pass is always there to help me securely protect the hundreds of credentials I use on a regular basis. Now when I get an alert to change an expiring password, I donโt break out in a cold sweat wondering what should I come up with for a strong password but not too difficult for me to remember, I actually look forward password creation!.. With this amazing app I can automatically create 20+ character passwords that I (or anyone else) would never in a million years recall. Best part is I know where all my โsecretโ stuff is located. And in case my phone blows up I have a back-up in my Dropbox. I tell everyone I know to get and use Hide Pass, so they too can be liberated from the mentally challenging world of secure log ins.

I paid for this app and after a phone malfunction I had to restore my apps on a new phone... EVERYTHING WAS GONE! JUST GONE LIKE I NEVER EVEN USED THE APP! I'm Still trying to remember what my passwords are and what accounts I had active etc. not to mention all my Notes per each account! I have cancelled my subscription but still paid for the year I never got to use it.

I am using from more than year, all was fine. Suddenly it is showing wrong password. But I didn't forget at all. Problem is there is no password recovery option for those who forgot?if there is some so please let me know

When hide pass updated, I lost it from my phone and though I have the login details am unable to restore it.
