★★★★★ I had same issues and I saw one review as the person had same problem and called cust care and they asked him to install xvr pro instead . I tried same and it works fine . Install xvr pro and use local login and add device same all info given in hifocus hd and it works good . But I don't know how to see recording .if anyone know kindly help.

★★★★★ Live camera not working in this app. Install xvr pro app for alternative way and config. works. Playback & images options in hamburger menu available to view recordings & record the playback. Select from & to date with timings & select the cameras from the list to playback and record.

★★☆☆☆ Worst since past few months.. Now, feels like wasted money on this product. No update or upgrade, hangs till death...
