App works very well. It is tather expensive for just sending files. Dropbox shares just as easily and is free. But for sensitive files and guaranteed privacy and accurate transfer, this is a great program.

I cannot log in from my Android phone, I cannot send videos that I've recorded on my phone through hightail. It is not recognizing my email, it says on the phone that my account does not exist, but you take my money every month I pay for a membership and your sight will not recognize my email on the Internet, only if I use my desktop PC. I need a service in which I can send a file through my phone.

I cannot ever sync my login or password to use with my device. Difficult to get it to work properly.

Unusable buggy! As of June 2023, the app is unusable. One simply cannot log in (trying to log in using biometrics, makes the app enter an infinite loop). When you log out, if you have 2FA, you cannot log back in if your authenticator app is on the same device because, once you leave the app to copy the code from the authenticator app, the screen locks and sends you back in that infinite loop above. If you finally manage to get in, there are countless random errors when using the app. Uninstalled
