Comments on Hightail for Android

★★★★☆ WizKid82 NoLook · Feb 22, 2021

Thank you for this app. Every time I go into the app I have to log in, and I have to let google know that it was me that logged in. Can this be fixed?

★★★★★ Lindy Baker · Jul 10, 2021

My client sessions are recorded, and I use this service to send my files. Easy to access for them and me.

★★★★★ DARSHAN JATAGOND · Aug 24, 2020

Able to sign up and login now. Previously was not working at all.

★☆☆☆☆ David Born · Jan 13, 2022

I cannot log in from my Android phone, I cannot send videos that I've recorded on my phone through hightail. It is not recognizing my email, it says on the phone that my account does not exist, but you take my money every month I pay for a membership and your sight will not recognize my email on the Internet, only if I use my desktop PC. I need a service in which I can send a file through my phone.

★☆☆☆☆ Ramona M. · Jun 27, 2023

Unusable buggy! As of June 2023, the app is unusable. One simply cannot log in (trying to log in using biometrics, makes the app enter an infinite loop). When you log out, if you have 2FA, you cannot log back in if your authenticator app is on the same device because, once you leave the app to copy the code from the authenticator app, the screen locks and sends you back in that infinite loop above. If you finally manage to get in, there are countless random errors when using the app. Uninstalled

★★☆☆☆ Asie Mahone · Nov 1, 2021

I cannot ever sync my login or password to use with my device. Difficult to get it to work properly.
