The app seems to be nice, and I'd love to use it as a secondary way of authentication, but I won't. The reason is DVV instructions (which I followed) advise up to 12 symbols PIN1. The app supports up to 8 symbols. Took me 2 unsuccessful attempts to realize what's the problem. Would be nice of you to mention somehow "up to 8 symbols" in the "Enter PIN1" dialog window, so that people created longer PINs don't fall into this trap.

Max for pin codes in your app is 8 symbols while the official desktop software from DPD allows 12 symbols maximum. If you set 12 symbols at first, you must change it to 8 if you want to use the hightrust. Id app

Worked nice! They've improved setup and guides, if you've already activated your ID card elsewhere, it still can be added easily. Super handy accessing Finnish GMT services without involving banks. Only bug, QR code reading never works, I have dark mode in browser, app only recognize non-darkmode-QRs

Tried to add my card but continue button remains gray even after activation code, pin and pin confirmation are provided, no information about what is wrong is provided. Website provided PDF guide: the UI does not match app UI. Website lacks any links to the app. Swedish website is in finnish.

Nope, not working, despite adding correct CAN, Activation codes and PIN codes. It does not let the user proceed with the actual activation code, it wants an extra digit in order to be able to proceed, and then it naturally fails. Pls fix.
