This is a great app for interval timing with music playing. You can use their suggested routines or create your own. You get to pick which songs from your device to listen. I wish it would work with Pandora or Slacker, but I'm fine with the music I've downloaded to my phone. It will give a count-down to next session plus prompt you on what to do. It does not stop when your screen is off like a couple of similar apps I tried. It is worth a couple of dollars to purchase the full no ad version.

I love it. It meets my exact requirements as a training app. However, I wish if we can add new workout with new pics. I mean the user him self can add any workout and the photo of the workout.

Just bought this and it doesn't work. For example, I am unable to change the length of an internal. I created a new session. Click on the default interval timer of 15 seconds, click on plus to make the interval eg 1 minute, click ok, the interval remains at 15 seconds. I have given a trading of 1 that I will change if the app stars to s to work.

The app is very good, but sometimes it doesn't play music clips according user's selection. For example, it plays a clip that was selected for rest time during exercise time and vice versa. It's strange because sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Loved this app but don't know what's going on, I changed phones and lost my playlists, uploaded mp3's to my phone, but the app can't find them now? Just says "you don't seem to have music on your device compatible with hiit music", and when I click on the 'why' link, it's a broken link?
