EXCEPTIONAL AND EVERYTHING SOMEONE WHO DOES CIRCUIT TRAINING OR HIIT. ANYTHING. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT. I needed something to time me for each of my reps and sets without stopping to restart each minute rather than timing for a minute, I do HIIT training, so this is absolutely perfect for that. No ads, no interruptions. Even without purchasing upgraded version, you still get the best of it. CHOICE OF MUSIC OFF OF YOUR PHONE. For me, it's perfect anyway.

This was what I was looking for. I am not using for HIIT but for lymphedema exercise routines. I needed something to help keep track of time and announce the next exercise, so I could remember the sequence. I like that I can use my own music. Am I thinking about getting the pro edition, so I can change the timings of each rep exercise in a session. Cool app!
