Appalling software, functionality and integration. Great hardware, sub alpha software. There is NO Way to set up an NVR, PTZ, 2 doorbells without using 5 pieces of software, all overlap in a lack of functionality and bugs. Some critical elements cannot be set without using a browser... (IE8, YES, IE8) doesn't work with any other browser. 5 weeks after install and supplier us still trying to get it to work. Now, push notifications have stopped. AVOID ANYTHING DIVISION if it needs software.

Terrible service. The app does not send an authentication code when I am trying to register and shows "failure". I have reached out to their support team, and they are replying like a bot with tons of requested information (e.g., where was the cameras purchased from, date, model number, serial number, firmware version) that are not even relevant to the problem.
