Ive got 3 of these cameras I have had for 3 years or more. 1 of those Is the outdoor PTZ and has always worked flawlessly on recording and active. I have had it for at least 6 years. 2 are the indoor PTZ and also work great. After getting used to the app controls, I have no problems with any of them. Great product.

The app just doesn't work. 90% of the time the connection fails. You have to keep opening and closing the app and eventually it connects. Really bad, it's been like this for years now.

Everything was working fine then it just stopped ... no push notifications now cameras work when they want to. Can't get the app to work .... whatever they have done caused major damage they need to wake up and fix this problem... I won't be buying another system from them... the cheaper ones work better seems like now ...
