This app has really come along way in the last year. Please figure out how I can agree to the TOS once and stop bothering me with it! Imagine getting an alert at 2am, motion in your business, and you have to wait and accept the TOS. I agree and accept now stop asking!

Ive got 3 of these cameras I have had for 3 years or more. 1 of those Is the outdoor PTZ and has always worked flawlessly on recording and active. I have had it for at least 6 years. 2 are the indoor PTZ and also work great. After getting used to the app controls, I have no problems with any of them. Great product.

The app stopped working on my S25 ultra! I had to reinstall it, and when I did, the app doesn't open up!!((

I have had the Am crest 960H DVR System with wired cameras for a number of years. It worked well with the old Am crest Link software, and I was able to view cameras locally on a monitor or my computer, and also on my Samsung S10E phone. That old Link app is not compatible with my new Samsung S25. I have tried every thing to be able to remote view. Keep getting "nable to connect to Wi-Fi". My system does not use Wi-Fi it is cabled directly to router. I'm looking into a new Swann system or similar

App has been sketchy for a long time. Now. I can't make notifications of my cameras work. It's not even an option if you go into the app itself to turn notifications. Because it won't let you. I'll have to switch camera companies.
