The app works well. It could use a few more features. For instance: sweeping time-lapse. By sweeping, I mean time-lapse with slow back and forth panning.

Cameras basically work quite well and provide the needed info. Sometimes there is a quirk though that needs attention. E.g., what could use some improvement from a programming standpoint is the recording/reporting of motion events. E.g., rapid changes in daylight due to clouds covering, or uncovering sunlight, or shadows cast on a driveway or lawn by moving tree branches are reported as motion events. This should be quite correctable using modern programming and AI techniques.

Update 01-03-2023: I still do believe it could be more user-friendly, and just easier to understand when setting up. The camera and all, I mean. However, this is where the absolutely amazing customer service team comes into play. Whatever question, I can actually say with 100% honesty I've never dealt with a better team of people as far as customer service representatives go. They will help you get your product working right. Or refund your money. I didn't even know how to react in all honesty.

Would give negative stars if possible. It just. Doesn't. Work. Set up the cameras in the app, and it only returns a black screen when attempting to view. Takes FOREVER to load, and I'm on a 10gb fiber connection. Ui is absolutely awful too. Ugly and it doesn't work? Come on, get it together. I hate that the Am crest hardware is so good, because their software is complete trash in every way, and they are terrible at customer service.

Says all my cameras won't connect to cloud. I had an account and deleted it a month ago and now need recording back and it won't work

Issues getting live view. I delete the camera from my phone then reinstall. Live view works for a few days then shows only loading but never shows the live view. Frustrating
