DO NOT purchase any Am crest security systems. I can not log into the Am crest system at my location or reinstall the app on neith er of my phones. Can't get any help from the help desk. AMCREST is horrible. I've had this system a year. I use Night Owl security system in two other locations and has had them for three years with no problems. I guess I'll be purchasing a Night Owl for this location.

Ni longer working, only live view works but not playback. This app is for very old cameras (9+years) looks like they just dropped the ball on the support side.
