Am crest View Pro 1 stopped sending notifications, my android phone said "app does not send notifications" when it has for years. No settings adjustment in phone or app rectified this problem. Skeptical of Am crest View Pro 2 since it said it worked with newer cameras, mine are mostly old. Since you can have both apps on the same phone I decided to give it a try. Really glad that I did, all cameras work great, including push notifications. Easy to add cameras manually with serial numbers.

Pro 2 is more stable and responsive compared to the previous version. The previous version would hang, crash, and struggle to connect to my cameras on all of my past and present high-end Samsung cell phones. Pro 2 has none of these issues. It just works!

When out of home, cameras would open momentarily and then close in error. Went back to Am crest view Pro 1.

Tried Wi-Fi connection to camera, times out trying to connect to Wi-Fi when my device is already connected to the Wi-Fi. App is useless.
