Absolutely irresponsible team. My mobile phone got repaired. Tried to log in using the same mobile after repair. It says 'multiple users'. Thus, not letting me to login. No reply from hippocampus when asked for a solution. Rs.5000 Paid for the subscription. Yet not able to use the app during my exam time.
