I had registered and scanned the code of three books last year, but it is not showing in the app now, the books are 47+23 mtg, when I scan the code again it shows that code is already used by s*a*...., and saying to log in with that ID. but I have logged in with the same ID, but it is not showing

I paid 1800rs for the infinity pass, It still didn't give me access to the product. Then, even after contacting the support team and providing them with full payment proofs, I was left on read after a day of trying to cooperate and resolve the issue. I am still trying to contact, but no one seems to care. If the team sees this, kindly confer with the in-app chat team and provide me with the product that I paid for. I am writing this review after trying to contact the support team for a day now.

Useless app. I was preparing neet from nepal and bought MTG books which said I could get online practice but what I get is this little full of issue app. Couldn't even login, and it doesn't even send otp to nepali no.
