I had registered and scanned the code of three books last year, but it is not showing in the app now, the books are 47+23 mtg, when I scan the code again it shows that code is already used by s*a*...., and saying to log in with that ID. but I have logged in with the same ID, but it is not showing

It's a ridiculous and third class app. It contains wrong explanations as well as wrong answers. Honestly from my side neither NEET nor JEE nor any other aspirant should use this app for preparation. It is only for the sake of promotion of Vedanta. Also, it doesn't accept the QR Code of the books of MTG.

I brought PCM jee mains+adv pyq P and C books code worked but math code is showing error again, and again it was totally unused and new book customer care is not responding

I paid 1800rs for the infinity pass, It still didn't give me access to the product. Then, even after contacting the support team and providing them with full payment proofs, I was left on read after a day of trying to cooperate and resolve the issue. I am still trying to contact, but no one seems to care. If the team sees this, kindly confer with the in-app chat team and provide me with the product that I paid for. I am writing this review after trying to contact the support team for a day now.
