This app helped me to learn Hiragana and Katakana at my own pace and the mnemonics provided really help you remember the characters. It was a lot harder than I was expecting when I first got started, but the reviews make you draw each character multiple times and then plays the sound after each one, so you end up learning then very well. I highly recommend this app for anyone learning Japanese! The one time fee of $8 is very low for how much value this app provides!

It is good app to start learning hiragana but the saddest thing in this app is you can't move another step until you pay like subscription hope it will make free :)

The app doesn't worth the money, there are free better alternatives. Moreover, you don't need mnemonics to remember kana, trust me, you really don't, it takes a couple of days to memorize them all without mnemonics. And the trap is that a few first characters have really intuitive and easy mnemonics, but then mnemonics become not very intuitive and rather complex, so instead wasting your time on remembering mnemonics, you better spend it on learning kana.
