Wow, I'm an idiot. Updating my 1-star review to 4 stars. The app has some room for improvement, however my biggest complaint was due to me overlooking an obvious feature that does exactly what I needed. We've had several successful hires through the platform and will continue to use it for our small business hiring needs. Thanks for the response and pointing out my mistake!

Fairly basic interface, with some confusing differences in functionality compared to the desktop browser version. The app is workable, but Hireology overall is not as capable an ATS as I had hoped.

The Android App leaves a lot to be desired. Downloading and printing apps doesn't work. The app allows you to review a resume, but that's the extent. The website has full capability.
