Super sleek. The steps made sense and the only part that was a struggle was getting fingerprints because there were only so many workers. I missed the first application deadline and was able to transfer everything for free a few days later, but including notifications leading up to the deadline could improve the app.

Paid fee but what is the point of paying more if I need to do it again completely by myself. And even though correctly submitting the documents and need to do again.I can do it on the website.

This service is completely incompetent. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I used it this time because my school asked me to. This service is genuinely a danger to foreigners, because they don't know the proper rules and regulations putting us at risk of breaking immigration rules and policies. The fact that this service has actual ties with schools and government is a huge problem, and I urge these organizations to please immediately cancel their partnerships for the safety of future foreigners.

Whenever I click on 'delete profile', the inquiry history shows up instead. Can't even delete my profile. Just get your stuff done through Korea, and avoid this mess.
