Quite slick. Interface is more friendly compared to the previous version. Like the real time parking space availability feature, very helpful for drivers like me.

Unable to upload ID card photo. Whenever I click the photo the app automatically shuts down to log in stage again. Please fix

Only required due to arbitrary need to use this app for reserving shuttle bus service. Cannot stay logged in and have to re-login from time to time due to session timeouts, menu only works half of the time.

Failed to open the app again after I successfully granted the membership after payment made. I did try to delete and reinstall again and again, but it was stuck at the opening screen. What is happening there?? Your app is completely a trash.

I cannot log in. Msg prompt always said under processing. I visited reception area, and they said they cannot help. I wrote email and I waited for 3 months. What kind of service is STP providing? Pls don't waste taxpayer's money. I wrote to them, and they cannot provide a reason. Apology is not a reason. How can STP prevent that happen again? No on-site staff support?? No physical helpdesk. It's multi-million high-tech?????
