I would like to thank the staff and management of HKTDC in Nairobi office for giving me an opportunity to travel to HK in order to attend the world trade fair in regard to stationery and baby products. I was greatful since I was representing Uganda my country as a potential buyer. The convention helped to discover new business opportunities and innovation. Also, it helped me to adopt the use of digital platforms technology as one way of marketing products which is cheaper.

Forced me to download an app just for a QR code badge when you could simply email the QR code instead. Ridiculous. Already screenshotted the QR code and uninstalled app straight away. Your practices are disgusting.

This app has never shown badges. You never know whether you have successfully registered or not until you get to HK. And you have to type all your information at the entrance again!
