260730 Foods should show clearly the ingredients and nutritional breakdown. 230903 My Custom Lists needs ability to rearrange items order in each list and ordering of the listing. Previous prices for items I've bought should be displayed when I shop for them again. These prior bought prices should also show on My Custom Lists. Ability to set Alerts for discounts on items I want notification for.

Soooo many ads its crazy. And the app is super slow and laggy on a modern flagship phone. They have a lot of optimizing work to do, and a lot of ads to remove - at least make them less obtrusive - do what eBay or Amazon do

Keep crashing. Lots of bugs. Can't even browse after forever loading and ads. Only ads survive in your app. After years of supporting, all we've got is this even poor UI UX. Ads. Ads. Ads. Data consuming live stream and unskippable ads. Terrible searching function. Unwanted mainland items. No filters. Your company never listens. Hktvmall you are pushing hk customers away. If this is what you want. Congratulations.

1 ads block you from shopping 2 they deliberately deliver to different address without intimating 3 customer service is very slow

Very bad UX. It took ages to initiate the app and load the pages and different sections. It was never smooth to shop and even worse after the update. Optimize your data loading and search function. Even worse, the ad also stops me from using the app—I felt very frustrated while browsing. The most absurd thing is that the app cannot enter the market (街市) on the app (with loading stuck all way). When I tried to shop on website, it redirected back to the app. Please re-evaluate your update.
