The Walmart app is quite convenient, especially if you have the Walmart+ membership. It saves a lot of time and money in the long run. They also reimburse you for any lost or damaged product from the delivery. My only gripe is the search engine itself. It's not as direct as it should be. Most of the time, instead of showing me exactly what I searched for, it will show me one or two related products.

The only concern I have is when I submit my order and then some of the items are not available. I suggest a better way to manage the inventory to avoid this kind of situation. For the rest I love the app and use it frequently.

Delivery drivers are always screwing up Said they delivered my package, and it was not here with all the other stuff

Their delivery is a joke. They got 2 mins from my house and said the delivery attempt failed. Told me I could reschedule, cancel, or pick it up. I rescheduled, and as I was doing that, it said I'm only allowed to reschedule once, like I was the problem. I rescheduled for a time listed, and there is 22 mins left for that delivery window, and they are still looking for a driver. The whole thing is ridiculous!

I was given a refund, then 3 days later they charged me again!!!!! An order was canceled last week, and they charged me again for that one too. The 3rd thing in the last 2 weeks is that they canceled an order on their end and never notified me. App didn't update for a week on that order. NIGHTMARE!!! I am NEGATIVE -$302.44 in my account!!! All the rep could say is to dispute with my bank, they already did the refund, even though they charged it again a week later.

In store sucks but curbside is tolerable. The app is annoying when always pushing to upgrade and buy more stuff with unnecessary pop-ups, but otherwise it's a functioning good app for consumer end use. 2/5 because Walmart has the worst earned reputation for awful customer service and poor employee working conditions.
