I have been using the scan and go feature for several years. I love not having to wait in line and then transfer the info to the register and pay them get my weekly cash or all at the same time. You're the most recent update now makes my easy system unavailable. I can no longer decide how I want to pay (split payments, health cards, etc.) nor can I use the register to get funds out. I have to make another stop every week. This was supposed to make my life easier not more difficult!

When I use ebt card and there's an extra cost, they charge it to my debit card instead of the ebt. I'm low income and charging my debit card doesn't help. The worst of the app issues the last few weeks, are that it shows an entire section "out of stock." For example the ENTIRE freezer section was "out of stock." Every. Single. Item. Went to the store, uh everything is just fine. Two weeks later it's the entire dairy section, fresh produce. Won't even deliver my prescription.

Someone accessed my Walmart account and ordered Nintendo Switch digital download and Roblox game digital subscription. I was able to delete the Roblox game, but switch shows in transit. Walmart told me to contact my bank, I did, but Walmart refused to refund. I contacted Nintendo Switch and they said contact Walmart. Contacted Walmart, and they said they don't refund digital content. I contacted my bank again and pushing for the refund to go forward. I'm deleting my account with Walmart.
