I have been waiting on my gift card since March and all they say is we will escalate you to the right team and no one ever contacts me back. I have sent multiple messages explaining it and that I never get any help from the escalated department, and they just escalate me again. Absolutely infuriating.

Redeemed points for gift card, the digital card I received had already been used. Two months have gone by, and they still haven't fixed this. I keep getting canned replies that "team is looking into it"

Where's the points? I can find nowhere in the app to find my current points total, other than looking at my survey history and adding up the points. This is ridiculous! For a program that runs on points to not have a tally or way to see the total is beyond short-sighted. Walmart strikes again; it seems they just can't do anything 100% correctly. From surveys to in-store shopping, Walmart always finds a way to ruin an otherwise good thing.
