I love Walmart's Customer Spark! Nice to accrue points to use for purchases I might not otherwise make. (I wish there was a way for me to be able to refer friends!) Thanks for the opportunity to offer my opinions on a very wide variety of subjects. I would rather companies use this approach to survey rather than trolling us on the internet. Feels so much less invasive and is actually very fun!

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I just updated this email, I never received my 8-12 or my 5 - 26 email that included my gift cards. I have emailed customer spark at least 10 times and never get a response. Ever! If something goes wrong on this app, there's nothing you can do. There's nobody you can talk to help you or anything. I'm almost done with this app. Nobody wants to waste time on surveys for Walmart to NOT be paid for their time. Shame on you Walmart.

When it works it's awesome but as of recently I'll complete a survey in its entirety, and then it won't credit my points towards a gift card.

Failed to load constantly. I usually take about 3 months to get a $25 gift card but the last 2-3 months I just get a failure to load message. I have contacted the help 3 times and no response. I miss doing these.
