Ever since two-factor authentication was introduced I haven't been able to use the app. I requested a text or phone call for the code, and I never get it. Really a shame, I liked being able to order and see where my kids Rxs were at.

Used Walmart app for a few years, and it worked reasonably well. Now it will not work with my 4 yr old phone even though it says it should. This app was the reason I stayed with Walmart for prescriptions!

I have never been able to log in. The support chat was useless. Waste of time. September 2026 Update I did get it working eventually, but now it is failing to load. I get an error saying that my version of Android is outdated, and I must update to use the app. I'm running Android 13, which is not that old I would have to get a new phone to run this app. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I'm switching to a different pharmacy. Goodbye, Walmart.

It sucks! When I first got it, it worked great. Now no matter what I cannot log in. I have to keep changing my password, then it wants to text me a verification code which will not work no matter what. Way to go Walmart. It's enough for me to switch pharmacies
