After you’ve completed the enrollment process (including a background check), you will be notified when your local zone has availability. Unable to see size on clothing with new android app. You have to scan all clothing and shoes to find size. Navigation map too large on screen. Map needs to be optional and provide more pertinent info (such as clothing size). Customers adding items causes longer shop on other side of store and makes order not profitable to shopper.

The jobs need to pay more for distance and how many items to deliver perishable items need to be delivered first and when shopping in store the app needs to organized so whatever is in that aisle you are going into you can grab everything at once instead of grabbing one thing going to another aisle to grab something else only to have to go back to the same aisle you were already in to grab something else I love the fast cash but farther distance and more than 20 items should equal more money

First, couldn't get past entering my bank info and having to add One Pay app. Screen went blank. Resource Center didn't work and no response to emails. After months, I see a new updated app, installed it, and it allowed me to sign in. Then sent a code to my phone number, I entered it, and the screen goes blank. Nothing, again. I get orders from Spark drivers frequently, so I know it works for some people. Too many complaints from people about the Spark app here in the Play store.

App is glitchy, offers have been awful lately and customer support is a joke. It used to be a good side hustle to make some extra money, now your fighting for low offers because they let people use bots to scan for offers. When you call customer support they hang up on you, and then you never get your issues resolved.
