After working for spark for several months our car took a lot of mileage. One night our car broke down after driving our spark orders. We contacted spark telling them our problem, and they offered no help at all with tow or anything at all. Our cars have taken a beating driving 1000s of miles with minimum pay. After paying taxes at the end of the year on a 1099 form and gas cost, plus oil changes it’s a very costly and low paying job. Not surprised that they’d treat their employees like this

It's amazing but sometimes my scanner doesn't work while shopping and the identity stuff has to make you take pics of yourself a lot through your day. But I do love how it's set up. I don't agree people can lower tips or give like a $2 tip for going 11 miles and shopping, but I can say spark makes it up to you in most delivery pay-outs. Honest review and I hope others find it helpful. I tell people often to try it! A little work on the app, but overall I love it!

Spark is a good money making app the bigger the market the better. The only complaint I have about Spark at the moment is. They allow stores to make up their own rules for delivery drivers. With that being said a rule at one store might not be the case at another. Just be careful and don't get caught smoking in your car even if you're not on an order the store will try to have you deactivated. I wish spark would lay out the rules so Walmart can't add a new one every day.

I'm giving the company not the app a one star. I've been with spark for over 5 years now. Last month, I tried to do an ID verification and for some reason, the app was not accepting it. All of a sudden, my account Is deactivated. After calling and calling and calling, nobody could help me. I had to keep doing appeals. After a month of waiting, they said that the deactivation was upheld. Mind you I didn't do anything wrong to be deactivated. It was an app dysfunction. Do better spark.

Walmart / spark has reduced their pay scale throughout 2024 to a point where you can't make $10 an hour after car expenses and the amount of time between orders and waiting for orders this used to be a very good gig until the money went out of it. Don't waste your time unless you have plenty of it to waste

Can literally sit in a red zone for HOURS and not get an order. I've even called support, and he said that something is definitely wrong. And all this happened after the new update.
