I like how it keeps track of offers. I wish there was a way we could take offers within the area that we're located at. If the lakeland highlands, one of the stores is in n. lakeland so that's really a long ways to drive. It's kind of not lakeland highlands, that's north lakeland and some way like when we check in and put what spot we're in, there's always an issue with the app thinking we're out of the circle, can we make the circle also for where you see us, so we get ONLY calls near us?

Spark App is dependable! I think Walmart might ask politely that those customers that have delivery, please provide your address on mailbox and or home. There are those that have no address whatsoever provided for drivers. It can make it difficult. I had a nice lady today that told me she has told Walmart a number of times her correct address. Long story short the address was a nice Apartment Complex. Big. She was in apartment 19. Found her immediately. I made a note on my delivery as well

Your map sometimes gives the wrong way and the return in the store doesn't make right.

Recently the items in the curbside orders and the orders on Spark app are not matching. The order the store has does match what the customer ordered. If items don't show on the Spark app list, though, I don't deliver them, thinking it's a mistake. This has wasted a lot of time and customers don't get everything they wanted. The two lists need to match.

Never have I had this many issues before when im using this app. Been doing this for 3 years and there are way too many drivers using bots to get the higher paying offers. Yesterday, I was doing a shopping order and the app did not allow me to select any substitutions for a customers order. Even items that are similar and different color/quantity. The app has been giving issues recently, and it should not be this hard to complete orders. When I call driver support they do not help.

New update nothing but problems!!! Ever since they added the cart path navigation the app has been terrible it uses an insane amount of resources constantly freezes makes the camera sometimes not work to scan you PC I am regularly having to restart my phone to get it to work. Like an hour I also know from searching the internet that I'm not the only one having these problems please fix this because shopping and having to constantly restart your phone to scan an item or check out is ridiculous!!!
