I love being a spark driver. Been doing it for 4 years now. It's the best second job I've ever had. Just remember to keep track of your mileages, gas receipts, and receipts to any repair or accessories you have to buy for your vehicle. You will need them when you do your taxes.

It has been working pretty good. I have had a few problems while Sparking where it stalls out and just searches. I have to restart my phone and log in and continue the app. Adds critical time to picking. Should fix that. I also think you should review the pick order. Have the Ai tech / app pick your products in areas of the store. It already has locations and picks. I end up going back and forth and all around the store. It is NOT efficient. Adding more critical time to pick walks for orders.

Unprofitable and aggravating, too many drivers and not enough orders on weekdays. 90% of the orders they do show you are HUGE piles of groceries with a 20-mile drive there, and then 20 miles back to the store. On weekdays, you will sit in the hot parking lot, often for an hour or more, hoping an order might pop up, just for them to send you a 25-mile order with 100 items of groceries and try to only pay you 12 dollars. That is not an exaggeration! Tip baiting happens weekly!

I'm on the wait list for my area, but Walmart sends out the orders nobody does to another app that I use called Roadie. I have taken over a hundred orders through roadie for Walmart, and yet Walmart doesn't want me on their normal app? Ridiculous. They would rather shell out part of the money to a coorp than to me as the worker and on top of that, I can't get tips (more than a few recipients have told me they want to tip me and said it wouldn't work on the app because im not on spark)
