You must use apps to bind your system ID for the token, but you can't log in with the apps to your system ID, so once you bind your system ID, you can't deactivate to change device or whatever. Please improve to make the apps more convenient and friendly to use!

Very good security Once you delete the apps, install again then you will fail to log in. Need to fill in form SR-01 and bla bla bla so on. A lot of improvements to go.

Keep appearing authorized not permitted even called customer service care line & follow step-by-step instructions, still the same issue is there any other choices that we can ask for a solution?
