Hong Leong must have one of the worst online banking apps and websites. I used a lot, but the one already gives me anxiety when I have to log in. Main issues: Overly complicated process. Standing payments don't work, about 50% of the time I face response time issues and error messages, beneficiary list never works and thus becomes useless. Do you actually ever test your user interfaces and apps? These are nit intuitive or made for normal humans.

Useless banking App. Please avoid Using hong leong bank as your company account. You will regret the most. Thank god im moving out to Public bank. Avoid using this app, scammer app and bank.
