Where is the 0 star when you need it. This app keeps crashing when I try to log in, doesn't even let me type my credentials. All other local bank apps have improved by leaps and bounds, wake up HLB.

The WORST banking app I’ve ever used! It’s extremely difficult to log in, and the app constantly fails to load. It always takes around 30 minutes to log in (ONLY)! On the bright side, it’s also a great way to save money—because you’ll never feel like logging in to your account. If anyone feels they lack patience and want to train their endurance, just download this HLB app—you’ll find the perfect way to train yourself. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE USERS!
