Dear Nokia and HMD global team Once upon a time when Nokia was a sinking ship we all Nokia lovers bought Nokia phones and hold you not to sinking in deep sea. My friends suggest me not to buy Nokia Android but I didn't care them. Now I am in trouble and seeking help from Nokia team but you don't have any questions or time to respond us. My Nokia 6.1 has destroyed by updating may security patch ; problems are mentioned below: 1. Randomly switch off 2. Rear camera do not working properly Etc etc

I used this service for about 6 months. hmd connect is a bad experience. This service charges a lot for the data package. Another disadvantage is that this sim card cannot send sms messages.In other words, it does not even have the ability to make phone calls. Nokia always gives consumers only a bad experience.😑

HMD cannot even release stable software for the Nokia 7.1. There are thousands of people all over the forums and internet with phones that no longer work because the software updates Dec, Jan, Feb and now March all leave the phones in bootloops. Why would I trust any other product when they can't even properly support the products released in the past.
