I did a glassware class where the host had to glaze and return our glassware at a later date. The host promised 2 weeks, which then turned to a month, then 2. They have a strict no refund policy, so I initiated a chargeback with my bank because I never received the item I paid over $100 for. The owner of Hoamsy then contacted me, refused to refund me or apologize for the host's lack of professionalism, and then tried to threaten me to get me to reverse the chargeback. Horrible company.

I ran out of characters to respond to the owner in my last review, so here's a new one: This app was suggested to me, so I wanted others to know how terrible my experience was with the company. The event host was NOT sick, she was literally still hosting events while promising me my item would be ready the next week, etc. I was also NOT refunded by Hoamsy and only got my money back from my bank. The owner's response to my review shows what an unprofessional liar he is. Avoid Hoamsy!
